1859 - 10c pink, horizontal pair "with and without dot after the figures" canceled "POSTA letters REGGIO" with Savoy coat of arms in the center from "REGGIO 22 SET" (1859) to Milano. Extremely rare variety used in the period of the Provisional Government.
