 1861 - 5c olive green 4th plate and 10c dark brownish olive 1st plate, strip of five, all printing of '61, on "Assicurata" from "LICATA 30 NOV 61" to Palermo. Triple port registered letter rate (25c for the registration) headed inside Sicily. Surname of the recipient re-written and part of the back missing, letter nonetheless extremely fine and rare. Sign.
