POSTE ITALIANE * CAIRO * 26 AGO 1870" to Frankfurt, via Alexandria, with complimentary franking of Austria, 15s brown 6th issue, fine printing, canceled with french large numbers numeral "5080" of "ALEXANDRIE EGYPTE 27 AOUT 70", to cover the route to destiny. Extremely rare mixed complimentary franking Egypt/Austria, made more interesting by the fraudolent use of the Egyptian stamp and by the French cancel on an Austrian stamp. Cert. Matl and Manzoni
