1850 - 15c vermilion 3rd type on machine-made paper, in mixed franking with Austria 1st issue 3kr red on machine-made paper, on piece cancelled “SALO’ 6/3' (C1). The 15c was deliberately applied over the 3kr to obscure its value. A rare case of fraudulent usage, typical of the Salo' post office. Signed Müller, signed A.Diena, cert.
