1861/62 - Large Hermes Heads Paris printing: blue 20 lepta, pair, canceled with dotted numeral '105' of Arta (Greek post office in Turkey), on cover to PATRAS 07.02.1862, with a pre-philatelic postmark of ARTI on the front. Extremely rare use of this prephilatelic postmark: all these postmarks were withdrawn with the introduction of postage stamps, except for the very rare cases of Constantinople and Arta. cert.
