1862: Large Hermes Heads, Athens first definitive printing “May 62', 20 lepta sky-blue, tied dotted '23' from 'MEGALOPOLIS 08.10.62' to 'KALAMAE 09.10.62'. Very nice 3rd weight rate franking with a plate flaw on all three stamps: horizontal line on the top frame (met in positions 23-29 / Hellas 20F6). Extremely interesting (Yvert / Hellas 19A)
