1859 - Unfranked cover dated 20 September 1859, addressed to Modena, with a very small circular datestamp without inscription or year on the front, struck in dark bluish-black. Used by the military post attached to the Tuscan Division during the Second War of Independence. A rare military postal marking, very clearly struck and unrecorded in catalogues.
