 1863 - 15c lithographic blue, 2nd type, with DLR (LO) 5c grey-green, from 'FIRENZE 21 DICEMBRE 1863' to Verona. Stamps cancelled both by Florence circular datestamp and by framed 'FRANCOBOLLO INSUFFICIENTE' handstamp. Extremely rare mixed franking of December 1863, enhanced by the additional postage-insufficient marking, unrecorded as a co-cancelling device for stamps. Cert.
