1860 - 2b olive green, vertically bisected in half on the reverse of a postage-due letter from ‘PERUGIA 3 OTT 60’, during the period of the Provisional Government of Umbria. The letter is still franked with a Papal stamp in tolerated use after the introduction of Sardinian stamps in Umbria on 1 October 1860. Rare item of Risorgimento postal history.
